Supported Living

Our supported living service is for individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behavior, sensory impairment, physical disability, children0-18yrs and mental health disabilities. We aim to help them retrain independence to live their lives independently but at the comfort of their own homes.

Independent living: 

We support each individual who lives in their accommodation with special needs and we can also help find accommodation with our housing partner to get them a property that suits them.

We also provide extra help if the individuals need help going to school, college, work appointments, assisting with shopping, cooking and cleaning. We also put weekly activities in place for them for example baking, games, table tennis and they also get the chance to have a day out with staff. We always try our hardest to get our young clients enrolled to learn life skills or apply for further education.
