Newly hired staffs we offer
Induction process: A structured introduction to the service, the allocated work area and introduction to our service users and their individual support requirements.
probation period: we use this stage to monitor ,observe and mentor our staff to make sure they are getting along okay and also do supervision and feedback to them.
Our training includes:
Mandatory training: Compulsory training that is needed for our services to meet required policy and regulatory standards; which includes: COSHH, RIDDOR, fire safety awareness, basic risk assessment etc.
Statutory training: they are the legal requirement for all staff to ensure our services meet legal requirements; which includes: manual handling , health and safety at work , equality and diversity and safeguarding vulnerable people.
Behavioural management training : We offer all our staff speciality training to provide them with knowledge and skills for supporting Individuals with challenging behaviour.
